Harmonise your evening energy through a guided meditation in the Bamboo Garden. Engage your breath and Qi Gong movements as you reflect on the day that has passed.

Witness the sun setting as this meditation begins, and enter the night with a cleansing ritual, a shot of arak and an oracle card offered at the end of this session.

All visitors to the Desa are welcome to enjoy our classes. For guests of Potato Head Suites and Studios, all classes are complimentary. Anyone else wishing to join can do so by contributing a donation.
