Our story starts with two lifetime friends from Byron Bay who joined forces to bring good food experiences to Bali in 2012. Since then we have created numerous F&B concepts to engage the senses and bring joy to our community of good food people.
We support organic farmers, local fishermen and passionate purveyors of fine produce to bring our guests original and inspiring dishes across our unique portfolio of restaurants, cafes and eateries.
We support our neighbourhoods through charity and various sponsorships including youth work experience programs. Our group employ a super team of over 400 amazing local talent who we are proud to call family.
We reduce food waste, encourage composting, recycling and upcycling. We are constantly working towards the elimination of single use plastics. We don’t use palm oil in any our venues. Used sunflower oil is collected weekly and processed into biofuel for The Green School Bio Bus.
